All Fish requests access to your device's location solely to tag your catch spots and display nearby fishing areas. Location is used only while you actively use these features and is never collected in the background without your knowledge. You can revoke location access at any time in your device settings.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide and improve the All Fish service, display your catch history, and send you optional notifications about the app. We may use aggregated, anonymized catch data to identify fishing trends — this data cannot be traced back to you.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting and analytics) who help us operate All Fish, under strict confidentiality agreements. Catches you mark as public may be visible to other All Fish users; private catches are visible only to you.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@allfish.app. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage and secure data transmission. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

All Fish is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or via email. Continued use of All Fish after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
