2. The Service

All Fish lets you log fishing catches, record locations and species data, attach photos, and explore catches shared by other anglers. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@allfish.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. User Content

You own the catches, photos, and other content you submit. By posting content, you grant All Fish a limited, non-exclusive license to display and store that content in order to operate the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use All Fish to: report illegal catches or poaching activity in a way that promotes it; harass or impersonate other users; scrape, reverse-engineer, or exploit the service; or submit false or misleading data.

6. Disclaimers

All Fish is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of fishing data, catch locations, or species identification. Fishing conditions and regulations vary by jurisdiction — always verify local rules before fishing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All Fish and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of All Fish after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
